The other versions read: "[whether it will be] God of Heaven or you", but the Condemnation transcript's version seems to have left out part of the sentence, resulting in a phrase which is often interpreted to be portions of two sentences. The result would mean: "[...better right] from God of Heaven. You [Duke of Bedford...]". This is apparently an error in this version.
